Local farmer’s markets have been my favorite Saturday routine of the past year. Karmelitermarkt has a rich variety of vendors including produce, wines, meats, honeys, fish, baked goods, and flowers. I treat myself to some seasonal produce every week and as it’s summer season I had both yellow and green zucchini and made this traditional Italian pasta.
